AOC, the world’s largest manufacturer of LCD/LED monitors and HDTVs, has introduced the Touch Monitor called e2239FwT at the CEA Line Shows 2011. The Full High Definition LED monitor adds multi-touch functionality to your desktop computers and notebooks putting the control at your fingertips.
AOC‘s latest computer screen is an LCD with LED backlighting and is designed to work with your desktop or notebook computers. The monitor is 22-inches wide and features a unique dual-stand design and has ample room under for the notebook to hide.
It is suitable for PC users who wish to add multi-touch input, and particularly for users wanting to add a larger screen for entertainment and work purposes.
The monitor supports full 1080p resolution at 1920 x 1080. The screen has dual HDMI ports on its side for input, USB ports to allow changing of multiple screens, and a D-sub. It supports 16.7 million colors and is HDCP compatible for Blu-ray playback, and can also tilt to angles of 3-12-degrees. The Touch Monitor also sips power with 0.1W in standby and 25W in use.
This out of the box computer screen is available for $299.
