Mobile gamers waiting for the release of Asus’ G74 gaming laptops have good news at last as preorders are being accepted for the two G74 notebooks SKUs – the G74SX-A1 and G74SX-3DE.
Both the Asus notebooks have a wide 17.3-inch screen and configurations for both include an Intel Core i7 2630QM (2GHz) Sandy Bridge processor with up to 16GB of DDR3 RAM, 1.5TB (2x750GB) storage, 2 hard 750GB 7200RPM drives, Nvidia GeForce GTX 560M discrete graphics, 3GB of video memory, Blu-ray player, 1080p display, USB 3.0, illuminated keyboards and both come with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
They have more subtle design and the only difference between the two Asus notebooks is that the G74SX-3DE ups the ante with a 3D-capable display and bundled Nvidia 3D Vision kit. Apart form this they’re the same with same hardware inside. The G74SX-A1 is available for $1,745 and the G74SX-3DE for $1,979. They are accompanied with a mouse and a backpack to provide you with the ease of performance and carriage.
