New Glasses-Free 3D Laptop Announced from Toshiba

Japanese electronics giant Toshiba recently announced another ultraportable 3D notebook – the Toshiba Qosmio F755 3D, which comes with glasses-free 3D technology. The notebook was earlier showed off at CES this year but Toshiba revealed more details recently.

The notebook features 15.6 inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and it can display 3D content without the need for 3D glasses with its auto stereoscopic display technology. Further, it allows the users to display both the 3D and 2D content at the same time on its screen using the latest double-parallax image technology.
The best part seems that the notebook can convert the existing DVD 2D or Blu-ray content with just one click allowing the users to watch it in 3D. It comes equipped with Intel Core i7 processor, together with NVIDIA GeForce 540M graphics and also includes a 750GB hard disk drive, 6GB of RAM, and Blu-ray.
The Toshiba Qosmio F755 3D also supports HDMI output for streaming content on to big screens and includes Harman Kardon speakers and Dolby audio. The notebook will be available from mid-August and it is priced at $1,699.99.
