The BlackBerry 4G Playbook HSPA+ which was announce way back in February this year is all set to hit the stores sometime in Q3. Boasted by BB as the world’s only professional grade tablet, it sports a gleaming 7-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with a 600×1024 pixel resolution. It’s has a 1.0 GHz dual core processor and runs on BlackBerry Tablet OS.
The tablet also supports multi-touch input method and includes an accelerometer senor for auto-rotate. Other specifications include: Adobe Flash 10.1 support; Micro HDMI port; 5 mega pixel camera with auto focus; micro USB v2.0; Document viewer; 1GB RAM; Bluetooth v2.1; Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n; and, Media player supporting MP3/WMA/AAC+.
The tablet comes with storage options of 16/32/64 GB and also can also record videos in 1080p. It is equipped with a standard 5300 mAh Li-Ion battery to power all its needs and supports Email, Push Email, and IM, and its phone book supports practically unlimited entries and fields.
The tablet has 4G supporting network features and further includes 3.5 mm jack and has stereo speakers to offer uncompromised sound quality.
